Argos Worldwide uses an internal AI-assisted system ("Arthur") to help manage inbound inquiries and communications across channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. This system may read, draft, and send messages on our behalf as part of normal business operations. It does not make final commercial decisions — all supplier engagements and deals are reviewed and approved by our team.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Suppliers or buyers directly involved in a specific tender, where necessary to facilitate a transaction
- Service providers that help us operate our communications (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform, Telegram, Google Workspace, and our workflow automation infrastructure), solely to the extent needed to provide those services
